Great customer service and speedy service. We had a slow puncture and turned up at the garage without calling first. The guy (never asked his name) gave us a fair rundown of what they would do. They had to replace the tyre and gave us a price over the phone which they stuck to. He also pointed out an issue with the shocks that we should look into. There was no pushy sell and no overpricing. They really saved our bacon and if we moved down to fife would certainly use them as our regular garage.
Outstanding customer service. My car was needing a part and the manager managed to source it late in the day and persuaded the company to deliver by 530 pm. The mechanics then stayed late to finish the job because they knew I needed the car at 6am to drive to the airport. Saved me two taxi fares and I will never use anywhere else. Thank you so much.
