I've only had dealings with the garage on 2 occasions, but on both I have received nothing but exemplary service.On the first occasion, I called for roadside assistance after puncturing one of my rear tyres (I didn't want to fit the spare wheel myself as I was unsure of where the jacking points were located). A very friendly mechanic turned up within 30 minutes of me calling and swapped the wheels over without wasting any time. And within 2 days, the garage had replaced the punctured tyre for a very reasonable price.This week I unfortunately needed Bassaguard's assistance again, much sooner than I'd anticipated after having an accident that left my car undriveable. When I called for recovery, the lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful, showing genuine concern for my wellbeing and sending a recovery truck immediately. The truck turned up in very impressive time, towing myself and the car back to the garage premises, where my vehicle remained, secured, until it was uplifted today by my insurance company. So I'm extremely thankful for Bassaguard garage for helping me out of these 2 difficult situations. I've had terrible experiences with garages before, but this one I trust to provide professional and honest service. Highly recommended :)
Extremely quick and friendly service. Had my alternator and rear tyres replaced within hours of telling them about it.
Excellent service, can't fault them. They fitted me in when they were fully booked and sorted out my car quickly, so that I could return to Bristol on time. Kept well informed during the couple of days they worked on my car. Price was very reasonable for the work done.
Absolutely first class service ive never had a better experience at a garage honestly ... they keep you informed they tell you how much before they commence work they keep you updated a service the big boys could learn from i would reccomend to dveryone in fife use this garage you wont be dissapionted i for one was.nt first class servicd thankyou bassengaurd
