I have used the services of E.J. Cockburn on several occasions over the years for investigation and subsequent repairs to Mercedes and VW vehicles including a recent occasion for an overall assessment and repairs to a BMW. Suffice to say that you will go a long way to find a better level of service and expertise and have no hesitation in putting forward this recommendation.
Turned up there unannounced at 4pm on a Friday because the battery of my mum's car key had just died. The guy who was working on a car at the time changed the battery straight away! He then explained to us that we may need to re-sync the key with the car, and that if we had any issues to bring the car there. May not sound like a big deal, but my mum couldn't even get into the boot of her car. Really appreciated the friendly and fast help!
