Nah the bet but stayed in worse. The room had damp on the wall and shaped beds
Horrible. Last night there was a party downstears in the restaurant and was extremely loud in the dormroom. When i talked about it with the owner he told me that it is a hostel in a student town. This is suposed to be normale and that he could not do anything about it. H could at least inform people about it! The staff is also hanging around in the common room all day. During one hour I stayed in the common room I heard them openly complaning about other costumers and sharing stories about cocane. Nightmare... Hostels supose to have a good athmosphere.
Place is clean, tidy, and has decent showers. The few guests who were there when I stayed were very considerate and pleasant. Unfortunately, the German gentleman who checked me in was rather confrontational and that made everything a little uncomfortable - especially as he spent most of the days in the living room. Its super cheap, but so was the service.
Nice location. Very clean. Wasnt there for very long, but still a positive experience. Host is very flexible and helpful if you miss check in.
Solo female having a short break. Friendly, safe, clean comfortable homely environment. Martin made a great job of making me feel welcome and was always helpful. Kitchen and lounge area looking good, upgrading required in bedrooms and other area but this is in hand. Best priced Hostel I have been in, location excellent, will definately be back. Thank you Martin.
