We booked this accommodation in December 2017 and paid 2,320 in full up front for three night's accommodation. We were very clear that this was an extra special booking for a party we were arranging for my father's 95th birthday party. We were extremely disappointed to receive notification 10 days before the event that the Lodge could no longer accommodate us. At the time we were given no explanation and the alternatives offered were totally unsuitable. Very unhappy customer and would never book here again. Luckily we found for ourselves the last two five bedroomed apartments at David Russell (University Halls) and this turned out to be excellent value for money although that was not the point.
The host and the property are excellent. I can hardly imagine how an AirBNB business can get so fancy yet comfy!
