Dr McFarlane brilliant Dr very competent even let him take bloods from my feet Dr wills and Dr church were fantastic very competent drs Dr Smyth referred me to endoscopy came through within two weeks only thing I miss about st Andrews is my old drs here god bless a good practice and good staff is never forgot hard to come by these days so thank u kindly

I feel I have to air my views as I feel so let down by the doctors I have seen over the last few months. I have been with this practice for over five years. Unfortunately my health over the last year or so has took a bad turn. I rely on doctors at this surgery to support me, believe in me but most importantly give me the appropriate help. This has clearly not been the case. When I go to appointments I often have to wait long past my appointment time. When I do get called in I am criticised about my weight and made to feel like I'm wasting their time. Trying to get a referral to doctors who specialise in problems I am having is like asking for an arm and a leg. Physiotherapy is the cure for everything. Witnessing how staff treat old people, people who are well off and students to how I get treat makes me believe that they are more in favour than average young adults like me. After witnessing first hand, I believe this surgery is class divided and favours the elderly and students. They cannot do enough for these people.
Good experience so far. Got appointments on time. Staff have been helpful and supportive. Answered my phone calls and rescheduled appointments if necessary.
