Want to share fantastic treatment my husband received when he took ill while staying with daughter in St Andrews. Daughter contact this practice, which is her own, and received super support and advice. Doctor even made a home visit to my husband. Thank you so much, NHS is a wonderful service and the people in St Andrews are very lucky to have your dedicated staff to support them.
Very good surgery. Needed an emergency appointment as a visitor. Called and spoke to the receptionist, got a call back 5 minutes later from a doctor to discuss symptoms. He gave me an appointment for within the hour. Parking outside. Didn't have to wait long to see a helpful doctor and was next door at the pharmacy in no time.
Very good staff, both doctors and nurses. Ive had a bad experience with a doctor, but as soon as I asked to be set up with someone different they immediately did. most of the staff is very prepared, understanding and helpful. The nurses are lovely and so is the vast majority of the doctors. I have to go pretty often for a long term impairment and Ive never met such an understanding staff, not to talk about the fact I never had to pay for ANYTHING. I honestly dont understand the poor reviews, but if you need medical help of any kind, give pipeland a shot because theyre very qualified.
Apparently paracetmol and rest is the cure for everything- the flu, pneumonia, torn muscles, you name it.Youd be better off going to greggs and asking the cashier what he thinks is wrong with you. Absolute joke of a practice and would be shut down were it not one of 2 practices in St Andrews. Id rather fly across the atlantic to be treated at home for literally anything than come back here.
If you can go anywhere else, go anywhere else. The apathy by which this place is conducted is astounding. They would rather you die than make any effort to be accommodating.
