We booked our honeymoon at the St Andrews branch and had an excellent experience. Johnny took time to understand what we were looking for, what our interests are and items we had on our bucket list.They provided us with different options and then helped us tailor them to allow us to get the most out of our trip. The team had excellent knowledge and experience of travelling themselves, which helped us narrow down our options. We did not have to worry about a thing while we were away, which was ideal coming straight from our wedding. The trip was seamless and flowed perfectly - from the delivery of our tickets and vouchers in plenty of time before we left to flight connections and airport pick ups.An excellent experience and we would highly recommend DP&L travel.
Not very happy. I ordered 1500 Turkish lira on Monday afternoon, and was told it would cost 248 and some change. This was the best rate I could find from all the money exchange places at the time. When I went to pick it up, I was charged over 265! In comparison, it would have been closer to 260 with the other exchange places. Had no choice but to take it, as I am going to Turkey tomorrow and don't have time to run around today. Pretty annoyed by the big quote difference- rates should be locked in to when you order them.
