The Station is very good but out side the Station is a bridge that takes forever to cross once i nearly missed my train and other thing I know you do services to Edinbrugh Dundee and Edinbrugh but why not Glasgow
Food at the station shop made me violently sick.
Charming historic Scottish station. There are sometimes no members of staff on site but automated ticket machines work just fine. Frequent ScotRail trains head both North and South with Virgin Trains East Coast services down to England. You can catch the 99 bus to either St Andrews or Dundee right outside the station and taxi companies operate trips from here too.
Good service to/from Edinburgh. In the middle of nowhere with few services available. Stagecoach buses do not wait for train passengers so be ready for that. Buses to St Andrews are quite frequent though (up to every 10 minutes).
Great little station with new extended parking available, only 1 for 24H. Also has a lovely little independent cafe on platform serving teas, Coffee rolls papers etc. Also Toilets inside seating area, manned ticket office (within office hours) and ticket machine. 15 mins bus or car ride from St Andrews makes it perfect if travelling North or South.
