Easa personalised a course only for me, I covered these hospitality topics: presentation, meetings, report writing, negotiation, emailing, telephoning and important managment tips and tricks. The team is professional, friendly and very helpful. They assisted me from the first email untill the last day in St Andrews. The location is perfect, small town, a lot of the restaurants and coffeeshops, the people in St Andrews are very kind and everyone has been very welcoming.
