I really cannot complain about Town&Gown. I have been their tenant for 3 out of my 4 years at St Andrews. They were dedicated in their job, replaced appliances when necessary, were swift in emergency situations like broken door locks and also very friendly and approchable. They took data security very seriously when it came to viewings and had a fair allocation process in a fairly difficult housing market. Thumbs up!
Although the property itself has its issues (damp, but we knew this from the start), I found Town and Gown Letting were fantastic in terms of resolving issues, keeping in touch, being very reasonable about wear and tear following our tenancy, being genuine and on-side when issues arose, and were kindly relaxed about us not tidying for inspections during exam times (or... other times..)! I've met Mike and Rory in person and emailed with the rest of the team and they all were great, would recommend, especially in the St Andrews letting climate.
