DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE. Paid 40 quid to get my hair cut by Jenna, the director who completely ruined my hair and left it uneven in the end. She was so rude and seemed very offended when I complained about the uneven length to Sophie and didnt do a single thing to fix it. Had to get one of my friends to even it out. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
How Could A Trim Go So Wrong? Those were the words of my own hairdresser when I went there after my visit here. Don't be fooled by how glam this place looks. I was in St Andrews on holiday and went in here as a holiday treat. The girl who cut my hair was clearly fed up. Won't return.

I am Utterly shocked how I had planned my day around my nail appointment and had stated that I needed my nails soaking before. The woman proceeded to walk up to me and tell me she didnt have time for me without trying to fit me in and especially as the salon was empty. She also told me how she was sorry with no sincerity in her voice whatsoever. I am shocked and have never felt so disappointed going to get my nails done. They have lost any further business from me and anyone who I would have recommended it to. Dont go here!!!
This is a good hairdresser, I went there to get my hair restyled and my hair stylist offered me good advice about what I should get done. I was really happy with my haircut over all. Their prices are a bit expensive but it is a really modern establishment. If you are a St Andrews student you can also get a discount on Mondays and Tuesdays which is good.
